Roof repair

Hi I have a double story Villa .It had a new roof approximately 15 years ago but it's all always had a bit of a leak when the wind comes in a certain direction and water leaks .down the chimney. I think it needs new flashings around the chimney. It is all also leaking water around the skylight. This needs to be repaired as well. I live in Australia but my property manager is Ray White in Ponsonby. I need this repeater as soon as possible only experienced roofers need apply it is a very high roof. You can access the roof through the turret window or you could put a ladder on the First floor landing to access the roof
