Dry rot in kitchen floor by back door, on bottom of the door frame and on bottom of outer wall by back door, presumably resulting from leak in bathroom which is next to kitchen…..probably needs outer wall and inner kitchen/bathroom wall opened up to assess so job can be fully understood then priced
