We would like some initial advice regarding the extent of water damage to the flooring under the vinyl that seems to be disintegrating. I don’t think it’s a leak, more just years of bathroom use getting down the side of poorly laid vinyl. Hard to take photos without removing more vinyl but you can feel the flooring is soft underfoot.
