Heated towel rack change

the heated towel rack in my dad's bathroom has hald fallen off. It's still heated so I'm guessing that it's still connected to the electricity (although we keep it off) would just like to get it changed as it has pulled itself out of the wall.

Replace Soft Close Hinge

Full Bathroom

I would like to move shower to back wall add a bathtub and open up a space that is currently a walk in cupboard from the bedroom next to it to utilise more space for the bath - new vanity and moved to side to make room for shower.
