Papamoa Hills Renovation

We are looking for a person to draw up plans for a small renovation on the upstairs part of our home located in the Papamoa Hills. We are looking to take out our kitchen which sits in the middle of our lounge and dining area, and reposition it to the dining area so that we can create a large open space and take advantage of our amazing ocean views and north facing aspect. This will involve interior walls being pulled down, but no exterior work. The walls are not load bearing. We also want to switch the position of our ensuite bathroom and walk in robe to the opposite side of our bedroom so that we can take advantage of our amazing views.
