Bathroom reno

Recently bought home with 'problematic' shower. Want to replace shower, bath, vanity, current toilet and add 2nd toilet to bathroom space which needs consent. Also, remove H/W cylinder and install gas (with bottles) and make hall cupboard larger by using space where shower currently is inset into. Need two walls reframed to achieve the above as currently gib with 'honey comb' centre. Happy to do demo, new gib etc. but need assistance to ensure all to code and perhaps consent application. Need builder, plumber, gas fitter.
