Bathroom and Ensuite and Toilet renovation

I want to renovate an existing bathroom (approx 3.40m by 2.20m). We will be replacing, bath, shower, vanity and heated towel rail. We would like to have seratone put up on the walls. We want to remove an existing cupboad that backs onto the bathroom (this will square up the bathroom and also give us more room for a bigger shower). We will need a plumber, an electrician and a plumber. We are also going to put down new vinyl planking on the floor. In the toilet we want to remove the existing toilet and put in a new one. The toilet is also having new vinyl planking put down. We also have a small ensuite (2.65m x 1.45m approx) that we want to replace the toilet, shower and vanity as well as towel rail. I would like to add an extra light in this room. The existing toilet is plumbed through the wall - we would like this changed so we can replace the toilet with a more modern looking one. We will be putting seratone on the walls in this room as well. The ensuite will require a plumber, electrician and a builder. This room also requires new vinyl planking put down.
