Bathroom shower over bath and walls

I'm wanting a proper shower installed the walls fixed for wet area and possibly a screen door fixed onto of bath edge to kp water in and possibly install a pump for water pressure as mine is very low or find out if it would be more effective to remove bath and have only a walk in shower and I also would like someone to do plumbing for a dishwasher.
