Kitchen/Office/Laundry Renovation Design, Consent, Build Orewa

Combine existing kitchen with adjacent storeroom by removing a section of load-bearing wall to create larger new kitchen. Continue renovation into connected office and laundry, which was previously converted from the garage, to create a separate office & laundry. Requires drawings for consent, new exterior cladding to replace ranch slider (was garage door). New finishes including, kitchen cabinetry, walls, flooring, ceilings, lighting and probably windows. First of a series of renovation projects for this Orewa brick & tile house built in 1986.
