Shower leak

Hi. Water is leaking through into the bedroom from the shower in the ensuite (damp timber and carpet - photos attached). I've had a plumber in to check and these are his comments: " Main upstairs shower is leaking through the wall into the bedroom due to the deteriorated shower tiles, grout, seals and cracking in areas at the base of the shower. The water proof membrane appears to be compromised causing leakage through to the bedroom. It has not leaked through the ceiling yet . A test on the outlet of the mixer shows there is no leaks in the pipe work. Advise seeking builder or tiler as next step to remedy situation." Please contact me if you think you can fix this for me.
