Sam's Bathroom Renovation

Close off door to bedroom , remove and install new (bigger) shower with new shower fixtures, remove and install new vanity, sink and tap wear, remove and install new bath and tap ware, tile the floor, re-jib and paint the walls. The wast pipe current run under the bath vanity and shower along the top of the concrete foundations, I would like to concrete cut and lower these pipes to be able to have a level with the floor shower. Separate toilet to remove and replace and then tile the floor, plaster and paint the walls.
