Bathrooom on Level 1 has an old shower that is leaking and needs replacement. The current size is less than 90 cm and needs to be replaced with a tiled approach with proper waterproofing etc. Open to suggestions here. This will also lead to minor tiling work on the walls on one end (due to explansion and minor tiling work on the ground as well). I am looking for someone who has the whole team (or team members) that will be involved here.

Kitchen cabinet crack and door replacement

There is a crack/ chipped off on the kitchen cabinet as shown in the picture. This happened while moving furniture around. I would like to know how much it cost to fix this crack. The size of the damage area is about 10 cm long and 5 cm wide. Note the job done should fill the crack and also the pattern or grain is also required on the surface to match. Garage Conversion, Bathroom Reno and Fence Build

We're planning on converting the garage into a habitable space (bedroom and study) which will require BC. In addition to this, we want to convert our current separated bathroom and toilet into one combined bathroom. Shower will need replacement and relocation along with the demo of the bath tub and relocation of the vanity and sink. Lastly, along with our neighbours, we want to replace the existing fence.
