Garage Conversion, Bathroom Reno and Fence Build

We're planning on converting the garage into a habitable space (bedroom and study) which will require BC. In addition to this, we want to convert our current separated bathroom and toilet into one combined bathroom. Shower will need replacement and relocation along with the demo of the bath tub and relocation of the vanity and sink. Lastly, along with our neighbours, we want to replace the existing fence. Pahurehure, Papakura Location. Ideally, site visit after 4pm but can be flexible.
