New bathroom in the basement

Looking for a new bathroom to be installed. Toilet, basin, shower The bathroom is going to be in the basement. Need a plumber to get it done, looking for most affordable option, this is a basement bathroom, don't need something high end. Basement does not have water to it at the moment and does not have any plumbing to it. Concrete floor, plumbing for the upstairs bathroom and toilet is almost right above it, access to those fixtures are possible. Biggest issue I think will be drainage from the toilet and shower to the sewage pipes. Not sure where they are on the property. Looking for a quote to start with to decide what we want to do.
