First of all. The door was lost in translation? When I complained Mark was not prepared to install door and said it would cost $1000 plus due to electrical placing. Room was slightly larger than discussed so we hadn't made space in the garage for that slight increase. Room was standard, corners weren't flush, and built wall wasn't parallel which was only noticeable when I painted walls and fitted carpet tiles. Paid $6,800 for job, I refused to pay $450 due to door issue.

Tradesperson reply
"This is BS. I am too angry to respond to this lies. Yes the door was overlooked by both of us but at the end of the day you accepted the quote, terms and pricing. The outside walls were not true in the garage but my wall was 100% plumb and the job involved insulating and lining the existing garage walls, not realigning the old garage framing. The finish product was to a high standard and this review is BS! Some people are the 1 in a 100!"
