Bath/Shower Liner install asap + glass door

We need to install bath/shower PVC liner on wall. I have purchased the liner. It will need to be cut around a window. Unfortunately it’s a window in the shower. The wall is ply wood. Currently has some paint which may need cleaning or scraping so glue adheres. We also want to add a glass door partial fixed and swing on side of bath. (Attached a photo) We ideally need this done in the next day or 2.
