Rework of the entire bathroom is required. Remove all wall linings, remove vanity, bath tub. Tiles are to remain. Paint ceiling. Frame bath cradle, install new bath tub. Install new wall linings, install new glass shower screen, install new shower rose/slide rail, bath spout and mixer, install new vanity and tapware. I like to provide all product. This is labour only work. I like to discuss further.
