Hi I require a builder to do an insurance report / quote on the following... Reinstatement of laundry due to hidden gradual damage this will include the following.... -Replacement sink/cabinet -Replacement floorboards to certain areas. -Replacement lino flooring (Laundry room and Kitchen/dinning) -Repair to affected wall -Repainting of wall -Re-tiling of wall This quote is required for insurance purposes. Photos under the floor boards required to confirm hidden gradual damage. Quote required to also include removal and disposal of rubbish.
