- Pull bath up and fix floor. - See if they can locate and fix the issue. - Put bath back in and reseal. - Reseal around window. - Replace vanity. - Repair floor boards outside bathroom. - Paint ceilings, bathroom, hall, 2 x bedrooms - Install extractor fan - If anything needs fixing in room underneath bathroom from the damage.
