Leaky shower removal

We have a small bathroom with a tiled shower stall, in which we've recently discovered a waterproofing issue. Water has been leaking through the tiles and over the floor boards. We're not sure what the extent of the damage is until the shower is demolished, so this is an unknown at this stage. We've been thinking about installing a bath with the shower over it anyway, so this is what we'd like to replace the shower stall with.
