A few odd jobs need doing. 1. Hinge replace x2 on old windows. 2. Wonky face board on side of house, roof high, spilt, replace/fix. 3. Renovations to a make hot water cupboard and toilet, in the same room, separate. 4. More small odds and ends. Quote required.
