bathroom reno

i would like the bathroom, toilet, and wash house joined together. the 3 rooms are separated by walls. I would like the bathtub removed and a shower put in. and make the whole area a wet room. also widen the doorway for wheel chair access. so i may need a plumber, builder, floor person and electrician. also need a ramp for wheelchair access put out the front. The house has not been renovated from when first built in 1964.
