New Kitcehn & New Bathroom

I have renovations to complete but unsure what part is builder and what part is other trades people. i.e. Kitchen Renovation is Kitchen Studio however there is demolition involved which I am presuming comes under builder. Also wanting new shower and bathroom tiles on floor and walls - unsure if this is builder, plumber and tiler or just builder and plumber? Kitchen floor squeaky needs rescrewing then want laminate flooring. Needing builder to take a look and advise what is required and for work to done Nov/Dec time.
