Need architecture point of view

Hi there, we are looking for a architecture to help us with designs in renovation in our home and how to use the space. We are wanting out kitchen and bathroom renovate, windows and hopefully fireplace. We are looking for space as we tend to have guests over on a on they basis. We don't know how much architecture costs, this is our first time using this. Our home is 100m2 on a 720m2 land. Hopefully I have said most of the information needed.
