Bathroom Vinyl Repair

The vinyl covering in my shower has started to pull away at the sides. I believe this may have been repaired in the past as I can see a seal near the bottom of the shower as though a new piece of vinyl has been installed. I would like to have this repaired but would also like to consider options for repair with other materials too e.g. tiling.

Ensuite Renovation

We have an ensuite that needs to be renovated and will be requiring a tiler. We have all of the tiles already and the bathroom is about 2.3x2.4 and looking at tiling to the roof. House restructure

My plan is to remove 3 internal walls in an old 1969 state house, looking in the ceiling, there are multiple struts that go from the rafters to the top plates of this wall, I'm looking for someone who has the engineering knowledge and skills to restructure the inner layout of my house, I believe I will need a beam, to bare the weight of the roof, but ofcourse am open to any creative ideas to get the job done

Renovate villa kitchen

I want to rearrange existing kitchen cabinetry (tidy condition) and install a new L shaped benchtop with sink (3.5m x 1.5m). All new appliances to be installed (wall oven, gas hob, rangehood, dishwasher). Also need a cabinet built for the wall oven, and some overhead cupboards. First fix electrics and plumbing are in. Prefer to retain services of our regular electrician and plumber.
