Small Bathroom renovation in New Plymouth

Looking for a quote to renovate a small bathroom in New Plymouth. Job would need to be done in the first few weeks of September. It's a rental property (don't take over till 30 August), so we would like to save money where possible using ex display units etc. It would be vanity, shower, bath and flooring. don't have measurements at this stage but some photos attached

Kitchen Upgrade

I am interested in sprucing up our kitchen by changing and replacing the fronts of our kitchen cabinets and handles and installing soft-close runners. The silver handles are of particular dislike.. (see pics!) I am also interested in replacing the kitchen bench/countertop. This would all be depending on price.

Bathroom Renovation (Quote)

Seeking quotes for a full renovation of our existing main bathroom. It's a reasonably small bathroom and we have in our minds how we want it to be/floor plan etc. Hoping to have someone who will be able to help us from start to finish with the building/plumbing/tiling etc. We are hoping to get a few quotes and then start the renovation (pending builders availability) at the end of this year/early next year. Looking for an Electrician to do electrical work for a Kitchen Reno. Disconnect old Kitchen on the 17th of May and then reconnect new Kitchen Appliances on the 22nd/23rd of May. Job will involve disconnection of old power outlets and stove on 17th, installing new power outlets and installing new build-in Oven and Induction Stove Top.

Partial toilet / bathroom repair due to water damage

We have removed the lino, MDF skirting, and partial gib in the toilet to remove / treat mould due to water damage. The chipboard floor appears to have been wet for some time; it is partially drying out but will need replacing. Photos show extent of the water damage on the floor. Water damage is also visible through to the bathroom next door (and possibly also the shower room on the opposite side of the toilet, but no obvious swelling present). - Seek out where water damage originated, remove...
