We have removed the lino, MDF skirting, and partial gib in the toilet to remove / treat mould due to water damage. The chipboard floor appears to have been wet for some time; it is partially drying out but will need replacing. Photos show extent of the water damage on the floor. Water damage is also visible through to the bathroom next door (and possibly also the shower room on the opposite side of the toilet, but no obvious swelling present). - Seek out where water damage originated, remove chipboard flooring where necessary and replace with new flooring. - Install new toilet, and plumbing where applicable to ensure leaks are fixed. - Remove vanity and mirror in bathroom, and replace flooring where water damage occurred. - Install new vanity and mirror cabinet. - Walls can be left exposed, as we are planning a larger bathroom renovation further down the track.
