Change the Window to a sliding door and change the door to a small window

We are trying give the access in the basement so changing a window to a sliding door. And also changing the door to a window in the bathroom. And also need some cladding replaced around the door and the window. Please see the photos. we are looking for a certified builder to perform the work because it is currently going through the council approval. Please note that new sliding door and the new window will be provided so looking for a builder to install the new door and the new window.
