Bedroom renovation

Removal of a built in wardrobe between 2 bedrooms and then filling in the area in both bedrooms to straighten the wall between them. Also, rejibbing of all walls in both bedrooms and fitting of insulation. Installation of double glazed windows in both of the bedrooms. Removal or refurbishment of a smaller built in wardrobe in the 2nd bedroom. Fitting insulation under the bedroom floors if possible. Rejibbing the walls will involve removing fancy scotia and saving it for reapplication by plasterer. Plastering of some walls to be arranged by builder as well if possible.
