Renovate bathroom & install laundry tub

**I've said a quote at this stage but keen to start as soon as poss upon quote approval.** My bathroom in my rental property is about 4.3 square metres (drawing attached and pictures attached). This is the original bathroom in a 1960's unit so the wall material is from that era. I've purchased : new bath plus glass door, bath wall lining. New toilet, new vanity and tapware, new shower fittings. Plus heated towel rail. There is currently no existing extractor so needs to be supplied and installed...

Internal Renovation - wall removal

A load bearing internal wall needs to be removed to turn a lounge and kitchen/dining into an open plan area. New internal wall needs to be built in another area of the house. Old School Fire place (wet-back) to be removed. At this stage I just need a builder to do the structural stuff, I have a plaster and sparky to do the rest. There is plenty of room in the ceiling. Would prefer lunch time to quote or after hours.

Fit four cupboard doors

I4 have installed a second hand cupboard unit in my kitchen and the 4 doors have been removed by the previous people. The hinges are in two halves~ one half on the unit and the other half on the doors. There is obviously a knack for getting them back together but i'm damned if i can do it so need someone smarter than me. Its not a big job and won't take long for someone with the tknack. Don't know what the type of hinges are called but they're the type that sort of expand out when the doors are...

New Bar for Events Centre

Already had a quote done, but boss needs another! New bar designed and built with additional storage, relocation of sinks, dishwasher and removal of old flooring. Need to see samples of stone(polished concrete) for the facade, melimine for shelves, cupboards and bar facade. Needs to have wow factor and be built on time and to budget.
