Internal Renovation - wall removal

A load bearing internal wall needs to be removed to turn a lounge and kitchen/dining into an open plan area. New internal wall needs to be built in another area of the house. Old School Fire place (wet-back) to be removed. At this stage I just need a builder to do the structural stuff, I have a plaster and sparky to do the rest. There is plenty of room in the ceiling. Would prefer lunch time to quote or after hours.
