Shower has a small leak

Our Ensuite shower has a small leak, after every shower there is a small amount of water on the floor, same place every time. I can see a water stain trail on the outer surface of the shower above the leak so I assume it's a seal leak. The shower is a curved glass two door corner shower, looks pretty old and it looks like the old house owner has had a go sealing it before.

Burn ring repair or replace

I put a hot pot down on my laminate bench top and it burned a small ring. A bit of the laminate has bubbled up. I'm not too sure what the cheapest way of getting it fixed is, whether we replace the laminate, or some say you can cut it out, fill it in and paint in the pattern.

Shower door replacement and vanity bench top

The shower door exploded and requires replacing. the Hinges are substantial but probably difficult to source to refit as the shower is not branded. We would therefore need to replace the entire glass which includes the door and side panels. Its a corner unit. The edge strips and seals will also require replacing. The wood vanity top has been pitted by the glass impacting it and requires replacing. This is an insurance claim with FMG which I have submitted and waiting further instruction

Hello, Please see the attached photo. There is a bath that is 1700mm long and 730mm wide, that is a floor level. I would like to remove the existing bath, and place a bath on the floor instead with free standing taps next to it.
