Repairs to bath and framing due to leaking overtime

High moisture readings were detected during a building inspection. It is believed that the bath/shower was not sealed and water has been getting in over time. Work is needed to remove the bath, check and repair any damage framing, seal the exposed flooring, and put the bath back in. Building Surveyor Report is available (see photos also).
