Bathroom facilities update

Hi, I want to update the facilities within the bathroom and toilet area. Several things are required, and we are unsure how to proceed or where to start. Here are the things we want to replace/update. - Vanity unit - Mirror - Shower screen - Shower head and temperature knobs - Toilet - Basin cabinet (toilet area) I understand this description is rather broad and not overly detailed.
