Replace kitchen sink sealant

I’ve attempted to remove the mouldy sealant from around our kitchen sink to be able to de mould and replace however it requires more skill than I’ve got! Have got a lot of the old sealant out however it sits quite deep in the channel between sink and benchtop and I can’t get it all out. Would like the rest removed, the surfaces to be cleaned to ensure all mould gone and new sealant to be put in.
