Bathroom, toilet and ensuite renovation

We would like to revamp the bathrooms and toilets. We are hoping to start renovations in November, just want to make sure that if we need to get building consent/source materials etc we have time. If it is considered a small and quick job, then we can get started soon too. - Bathroom: Replace acrylic shower, replace vanity, replace heated rails - Toilet: Replace toilet - Ensuite: Replace toilet and move to new position, replace acrylic shower, replace vanity, replace heated rails For ensuite, if we are wanting to make it a double shower (from a single shower) and double vanity sink (from a single vanity sink) - would we need to get building consent? Would love to also chat about recommendations for flooring (e.g. do we need to redo it?) and to install underfloor heating
