Replace shower, bath, vanity & heated towel rail. We’re thinking of purchasing shower, bath & vanity from Bunnings. The house does not warrant expensive bathroom ware. The bathroom is very small. Plastering, painting & tiling would also be necessary.

Dan went out of his way to see that cracks from the earthquake were repaired & arranged the claim from EQC. This was so much appreciated. New carpet & underlay were put down 3 years ago and the carpet layers didn’t bother to mention the crack in the hallway and lounge. Harrison’s carpet layers - very slack! Happy to recommend his workmanship! Sub contractors were also employed. Extra cost because of valve pack to increase pressure for hot water cylinder - discussed and agreed to on site
