60's brick & tile (Ex-rental) - Int. Paint / Carpet

We're looking to purchase a 60's brick and tile 3-bedroom house in Christchurch. Approx footprint of 120sqm. The interiors are in need of a freshen up as they appear to be original and are now tired and dated. Additonally, minor cosmetic repairs to earthquake damage have not been completed. We don't want to muck around. We're looking for a competitive quote and a professional finish. The moving trucks will be arriving around the end of April and would like the work completed between settlement (would be mid-April or possibly earlier) and move-in day (approx 2-3 week period - if possible). Work required: 1. Strip wallpaper, prepare wall-linings and paint. Same colours throughout house. Ceilings (separate colour) to be prepped and painted. - Three bedrooms - Living room - Hallway - Kitchen/Dining * - Bathroom * - Toilet - Laundry 2. Remove old carpets, check for and fix squeaky floor boards, supply and install new underlays and carpets: - Three bedrooms - Living room - Hallway - Kitchen/Dining * Please note, items marked * (Kitchen/dining and the bathroom) to be quoted separately as these will likely be further renovated. We are looking for estimates so as to establish a budget moving forward.
