Bathroom renovation

I'm looking to move an internal non load-bearing wall to increase the bathroom size to approx 4.6 sqm (from 3.4 sqm). I have the new built-in bath (with shower over), toilet and vanity selected/in-mind along with fittings etc. Walls adjacent to shower to be tiled (approx 6 sqm) and floor possible sand and polish if original floor boards in ok condition. Attached is a plan including fit out spec.
