Renovate bathroom

The bathroom in my rental property needs renovating, its just under 4m2. Currently concrete floor base with vinyl, want this levelled then replace wet shower with a shower unit. Install new toilet, vanity, tapware, extractor fan and heater. Install tile flooring and tidy up walls - plaster if needed, pigment seal and paint.

Gryphon Service Systems completed the entire bathroom renovation: removal of existing, re-plumbing/electrical, re-lining, waterproofing, plaster/paint, new fitout all under one business with no more than x 1 contractor onsite at anytime. Tim was fantastic to work with, excellent communication/updates, flexible working around tennant's and late delivery of products, completed on time and to budget.
