Bathroom Repairs

Hey, I need a new vanity installed, and flooring ripped up. Some floorboards may need be removed and suspect there is a leak somewhere as the vanity is warped and smells damp. The bath will need to be removed and a shower installed. I'd like the flooring to be the original floor boards. I will also need the toilet to be replaced. I will do painting myself and sanding of floorboards.
