Renovate Bathroom

We are wanting to replace the cover on our bathroom walls. The walls have thick old fashioned vinyl on them at the moment so I am hoping the gib behind it wont need replacing. We are wanting a tile look but with a material we saw at the home show that comes in pannels. It is not actual tile. it just gives that look. We would also be replacing the bath. We have contact to get the bath but would need it installed. The floor is fine as we had it replaced through EQC repairs and the same with the vanity. Look forward to your replys. ---
