Existing internal garage to be converted to a 3rd bedroom. Area 5.456 x 3.306m. Will require new floor and ceiling over existing garage area. Walls and ceiling to be insulated. Current garage door to be replaced with double glazed sliding door. Will also require 2x electrical outlets and an aerial extension outlet. Please see plans below for additional information. BC has already been obtained.

Just realized that I had not reviewed this job. Karl and his team kept to schedule and cost and he gave good advice during the build. The outcome was excellent. He dealt directly with our architect over a few changes, keeping us up to date the whole time He's a very approachable guy, and we have since used him again for some cladding work which was also good
