Internal Renovations to Architects Spec.

In a 1940s ex state and working to architects plans; Demolish internal wall and replace with cavity for cupboard units complete with lighting. Create a 4th bedroom by demolishing another small section of wall and build internal wall with cavity slider. Shift fuse box. Raise roof supporting beam above the ceiling. Shift hallway cupboard door from hallway into bedroom. Replace 2 x existing bedroom doors, frames and architraves Replace old double window, sill and architraves in newly created bedroom. Need to maintain after hours access to bedrooms and bathroom beyond renovation area.
