New ceiling + ducting in bathroom shower needed

Hi tradies, Our shower ceiling is on its way to collapsing due to a duct that was not placed (!!) from possibly 10 years ago or more. The steam from showering has affected it and it's been cracking due to the moisture. One light has stopped working possibly because of it. We could do it ourselves but wondering if there's somebody out there who would be experienced and wouldn't cost an arm and a leg and get this job done ASAP. Thanks guys!
