Installing Washing Machine Drain hose to outlet

We just moved to a new house and purchased a samsung washing machine (front loader). Noel leeming couldn't complete the install and they said the outlet (as pictured) is not a standard one they have used before. As attached the drain hose seems like it can be insterted to the outlet. But I need something like what the next outley have to have tie the drain pipe in place. It looks like i need either a coupling / adapter, but would rather get a professional do this so it don't leak.
