Hot water cylinder - increase temperature and water pressure

I have a heat pump. I need to water temperature increased as it doesn’t get hot just warm. It also takes a long time for it to heat up. Secondly if the water pressure can be increased that would be great. Please contact with an estimate of cost. Sunline avenue Massey here. If it works out well. Be keen to discuss future jobs such as adding a new external water point for the hose at the back of the house.
