Hi there,we are after an approx 1.30pmish onwards time slot next week? (not Tuesday) We had a lengthy delay in removing a failed insinkerator which has caused ? black mould to leak from our kitchen tap where the goose neck attaches to the base peice and also the tap has unbolted from underneath the bench...We need please someone to 1)thoroughly assess the viability of reattaching the roughly 6 year old "Ideal Standard" Mixer Tap that has also keeled over due to bolt underneath coming loose (we still have the bolt pieces) when there is a mould problem, ie can we thoroughly clean this tap up on the day? and reattach? with the original bolt? or 2) swap out for a new mixer that I will have on standby. I'm considering the Kohler Taut Kitchen mixer from Mico $310 ish (our hot and cold kitchen tap pressure seems to be the same at this first floor kitchen) 3) Reattaching the sink overflow ?sleeve to the drain where just tape has been used prior and its always disconnecting, also cleaning both these two up prior to reattaching. 4) Reattach skinny black foam peice thats sits under sink if needed to be there? 6 photos attached including 2 of possible new tap .I would guess this is about an hours work with me assisting with cleaning. I prefer using soap and baking soda etc if thats ok to use on chrome tapware? please advise what cleaning equipment would likely be needed? bottlebrushes etc? We also need someone who does not have any cold or flu symptoms as medically fragile here. Thanks so much for considering. Photos attached. Regards Jen

Fabulous repair work from Muri. Previous work done by our Developer, on our kitchen tap and removal of faulty insinkerator years prior, had left a worsening mouldy mess and improperly installed disconnected!overflow, plus open drain. Muri reworked this and sourced specific pieces to close and tidy and installed a robust overflow circuit and installed a new tap and swapped out the old insinkerator button. Everything now looks great and odours are gone. Many thanks for a great job.
