1. Fix water tap. Change it to another type which is easy to open and close. 2. Fix broken water pipe.

The work is good. But he is getting really rude after I start asking question where he got the materials. Blaming me late to pay the invoice for several weeks. The fact is he didn't communicate after the job is done and I got no invoice no message for more than 1 month. I need to call the tenant to confirm the complete of the job. I feel not being respected.
