Toilet tank not consistently refilling

Hi. I have a toilet with a tank that is not always refilling. Sometimes when I run the bathroom tap for about 20 seconds it will kickstart the toilet to refill. A bit weird. Keen for someone to come out and take a look.

Peter was great, very responsive and thorough. He discovered an extra problem that was going to be quite expensive, but wasn't pushy about having it done (in fact was apologetic), and didn't bill me all his callouts. Lovely guy to deal with.
